That’s why we offer our Total Loss Insurance policy to give you peace of mind and financial security in the rare event of a complete loss.
Our Total Loss Insurance covers up to €50,000 for all non-commercial clients as standard, with the option to upgrade to €100,000 for even greater protection. This policy ensures that in the unfortunate case of fire, theft, water damage, or other total-loss scenarios affecting the entire vehicle and its contents, you’ll have the necessary coverage to recover and rebuild.
Please note that our Total Loss Insurance is designed to safeguard your items against catastrophic events and does not extend to damages or breakages caused during transit. The policy strictly adheres to AnyQuickMove’s Prohibited and Restricted Items list, and claims will only be valid for items explicitly declared on your insurance form.

Total Loss Insurance Policy
This Total Loss Insurance Policy (hereafter referred to as the "Policy") is issued by AnyQuickMove ("the Company") to the insured party ("the Client") to provide coverage for the loss of goods during transportation, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. This Policy is an optional upgrade to the standard Total Loss Insurance, increasing the coverage to a maximum of €100,000.
1. Policy Overview
1.1. Coverage: This Policy provides coverage for the total loss of goods in transit, including but not limited to loss due to vehicle theft, fire, water damage, or total destruction of the vehicle and its contents.
1.2. Maximum Coverage: The maximum coverage under this Policy is €100,000.
1.3. Eligibility: This Policy is available to all non-commercial clients transporting goods with AnyQuickMove.
1.4. Exclusions: This Policy does not cover damages, partial losses, breakages, or losses caused by customs inspections. For such coverage, please refer to our Goods In Transit Insurance Policy.
2. Items Covered
2.1. The Policy covers items explicitly listed on the shipping declaration form at the time of booking.
2.2. Items excluded from coverage include those listed in AnyQuickMove’s Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy. Examples include, but are not limited to:

Perishable goods

Hazardous materials

Jewelry, cash, or other high-value personal items
2.3. Items not declared on the shipping declaration form will not be covered under this Policy.
3. Conditions of Coverage
3.1. All items must be appropriately packaged and secured to minimize risk during transit.
3.2. The Client must provide a detailed and accurate inventory of items on the shipping declaration form.
3.3. The declared value of the goods must reflect their actual value, supported by receipts or other proof of purchase.
4. Claims Process
4.1. Notification: In the event of a total loss, the Client must notify the Company within 48 hours of becoming aware of the loss.
4.2. Documentation Required:

A copy of the shipping declaration form

Proof of purchase and value of the items

A police report (in cases of theft)

Any other documentation requested by the Company to process the claim
4.3. Depreciation Model:

Items depreciate in value immediately after purchase. For example:

Year 0: 50% of the purchase price

Year 1: 25% of the purchase price

Year 2: 12.5% of the purchase price

Year 3: 6.25% of the purchase price

Claims will be calculated based on the depreciated value of items as per the above model.
4.4. Processing Time: Claims will be reviewed and processed within 30 working days of receiving all required documentation.
4.5. Payouts: Payouts under this Policy will not exceed the declared value of the goods or the €100,000 maximum coverage, whichever is lower.
5. Premium and Payment
5.1. The cost of upgrading to this Policy is a one-time premium, the amount of which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
5.2. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of transportation.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
6.1. The Policy does not cover:

Items excluded under AnyQuickMove’s Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy

Partial losses or damages

Losses due to natural disasters, acts of war, or civil unrest

Losses caused by the Client’s failure to adhere to packaging and declaration requirements
6.2. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from delays in transit or customs inspections.
7. Termination of Coverage
7.1. This Policy will terminate upon:

Successful delivery of the goods

Cancellation of the transportation service by the Client
7.2. The premium is non-refundable once coverage has commenced.
8. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the country where AnyQuickMove is registered, (the United Kingdom). Any disputes arising from this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
9. Client Acknowledgment
By purchasing this Policy, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions herein.
