What Happens Next?
Accepting the Quoted Price
After you have reviewed and accepted the quoted price, our accounts department will issue an invoice for the deposit. This will be sent from the email address accounts@anyquickmove.com. The invoice will include the deposit amount, any additional charges, and payment instructions.
Invoice Issuance: Invoices are sent out between the office hours of 8 am and 8 pm Central European Time, 7 days a week. Rest assured, once the deposit is paid, your move is secured at the quoted price, and your booking is confirmed.
Move Confirmation: Your moving date will be confirmed once the deposit is received. There is no need to worry; your move is safe with us at the price stated. If you need to move within 5 days, please contact us directly at urgent@anyquickmove.com to check for availability and make arrangements.
Digital Weight Confirmation Tool
At the stage when the deposit invoice is sent, you will also receive access to our Digital Weight Confirmation Tool. While the initial quote is based on volume and distance, the weight confirmation helps ensure that the appropriate vehicle is allocated for your move.
