Important Information for All Customers:
Prohibited and Restricted Items 

At AnyQuickMove, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient services across Europe. To ensure the safety of your loads and the compliance with international regulations, there are specific items that cannot be transported through our network. Sending any of the prohibited items listed below may result in your order being canceled without notice.​

Prohibited Items: The following items, or any items similar in nature, are strictly prohibited from being transported by AnyQuickMove:

  • Animals or Organisms of Any Kind: This includes live animals, animal by-products, and any biological organisms.

  • Perishable Goods or Perishable Food: Any items that spoil over time or require refrigeration, such as meat, dairy products, or fresh produce.

  • Biological Samples: Includes human or animal biological samples, blood, tissues, or any similar materials.

  • Compressed Air & Empty Cylinders: All forms of compressed air containers, whether filled or empty, are prohibited.

  • Drugs, Medication, Prescriptions, Tobacco, and Tobacco Products: Includes both legal and illegal substances, all forms of medication, and any tobacco-related products.

  • Food of Any Kind: Regardless of whether it's perishable or non-perishable, all food items are prohibited.

  • Hazardous Goods: Includes but is not limited to aerosols, asbestos, explosives, fire extinguishers, new/used/empty lighters, fireworks, and any items containing alcohol, flammable, or explosive substances.

  • Illegal Goods: Any item deemed illegal in either the exporting or importing country is strictly prohibited.

  • Car Parts Containing Oil or Liquids: All vehicle parts must be completely drained of fluids. Large parts must be properly palletized before collection.

  • Monetary/Currency: This includes cash, credit cards, debit cards, coins, cheques, stamps (unless franked), and all financial documents.

  • Personal Identification Documents: Passports, ID cards, driving licenses, and similar identification documents.

  • Poisonous or Toxic Substances: Includes any liquids, solids, or gases that are poisonous, toxic, or hazardous, such as pesticides.

  • Radioactive Materials: All forms of radioactive materials are prohibited.

  • Weapons: This includes all types of weapons, replicas, and ammunition.

Items Protected for Loss Only: AnyQuickMove will transport the following items; however, they are not protected against damage. If any of these items are lost during transit, we will refund the cost of carriage and the item’s value, provided that Load Protection has been purchased:

  • Antiques: Valuable or irreplaceable items of historical significance.

  • Wooden Flooring: Includes laminate and all other types of wooden flooring.

  • Coffee Equipment: Includes coffee machines, grinders, and roasters.

  • Cycles and Bicycles: Includes bicycles, unicycles, and tricycles, with a maximum Load Protection value of £1,000.

  • Electrical Appliances: Cameras, monitors, computers, drones, TVs, and related electronic devices.

  • Fishing Rods: All types of fishing rods and related equipment.

  • Furniture: Any furniture items, large or small.

  • Knitting and Sewing Machines: Includes all types of knitting and sewing machines.

  • Models and Kits: Model kits of any kind.

  • Musical Instruments: Includes amplifiers, speakers, and turntables. All instruments must be sent in a hard case and boxed, with a maximum Load Protection value of £1,000.

  • Suitcases: Suitcases used as packaging for internal items will not be protected.

  • Surfboards: All types of surfboards.

  • Telescopes and Microscopes: Includes all optical instruments of this nature.

  • Wall Decor: Includes canvas prints, clocks, framed pictures, posters, prints, and paintings.

Items with No Protection: The following items can only be transported on a no-protection basis. Any customer choosing to send these items does so at their own risk:

  • Ceramics, Porcelain, and China: Includes stone, granite, marble, and other fragile materials.

  • Glass Items: All types of glass items, including glassware, crystal, bulbs, screens, fiberglass, fish tanks, mirrors, spectacles, windows, and Perspex.

  • Packaging Materials: Includes boxes, media packaging, and suitcases used as packaging.

  • Precious Metals and Stones: Includes gold, silver, gems, diamonds, and similar items, including in jewelry form.

  • Small Vehicle Parts: Includes headlights, taillights, gearboxes, and other small vehicle parts.

  • Watches: All types of wristwatches.
