However, we do not offer a porter service, which means our drivers are responsible only for organizing and securing the load within the vehicle. The actual loading and unloading of your items to and from the vehicle are the responsibility of the customer. To help ensure a smooth and efficient move, we recommend having at least two adults present at both the collection and delivery locations to assist with this process. This approach allows us to keep our costs competitive while ensuring that your items are transported securely and arrive on time.
  • What happens on moving day?
    On moving day, our professional drivers will arrive at your location at the agreed time. You or your team will handle loading your belongings into the vehicle, while our drivers ensure everything is securely and efficiently organized within the dedicated van or truck. Throughout the journey, you'll receive regular updates on the progress of your move. Upon arrival at your new location, you or your team will be responsible for unloading your items from the vehicle. Our goal is to make your moving day as smooth and stress-free as possible. Prior to both the collection and delivery days, our Transport Manager will contact you to provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA). Please keep in mind that this timing may be affected by traffic conditions, so we recommend allowing a full day for the move.

Our Accounts department will issue a final invoice 5 days before your scheduled moving date, along with our simple-to-use electronic inventory form. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary customs documentation is completed, and confirmed to us, at least 5 days before the scheduled collection.   • What should I do if my belongings are held up in customs?
    If your belongings are held up in customs, you should first contact the customs agency handling your clearance to understand the reason for the delay. Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and any outstanding duties or taxes are paid. If required, have your customs agency send any relevant updates to us at transportdirector@anyquickmove.com so we can stay informed and assist with coordinating the delivery once clearance is obtained.
  • What is the cancellation policy for my booking?
    If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 6 days before the scheduled start date to avoid losing your deposit. Deposits for cancellations made within 5 days of your moving date are non-refundable.
  • Can I make changes to my booking?
    Yes, you can make changes to your booking up to 5 days before your scheduled move. Changes made less than 5 days before the move may be subject to availability and additional charges.
  • What happens if I’m not present at the agreed collection or delivery time?
    If you or your representative are not present at the agreed time, a charge of €294 plus VAT per day per vehicle will be applied for idle time. We can allow a maximum of 48 hours for this, after which additional charges will apply.
  • Do you offer refunds if the final payment is not made on time?
    No, if the final payment is not received 4 days before the collection date, the deposit will be non-refundable, and the booking may be canceled.
  • What is your policy on subcontracting work?
    We reserve the right to subcontract some or all of the work without prior notification. However, our company’s terms and conditions will still apply in full, ensuring that you receive the same level of service.
